Band 7 Highly Specialist Physiotherapist working across emergency and acute care, alongside an independent physiotherapy practice in West London.

My work is assessment-led and shaped by environments where decisions matter. Intervention is chosen deliberately, then progressed with structure.

Training includes BSc Physiotherapy and MSc Advanced Exercise Physiology, informing how I approach adaptation, load tolerance, and rehabilitation planning over time.

Alongside patient care, I develop clinical frameworks and selected digital tools that support decision-making and continuity beyond individual sessions.
